Shipping Policy
Shipping Origin All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received.
- During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.
Shipping / Transit Time Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 weeks (typically 18 to 35 days), depending on your location and customs clearance. Most customers in the US receive their orders within the early side of this timeframe.
Tracking All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched.
Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, holidays, or high shipping volume.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.
Express Shipping We do not currently offer express shipping options. All orders are shipped via standard international shipping methods.
